During my recent holiday at Hotel Posthof, I was genuinely charmed by this lovely spot nestled in the historic centre of Millstatt am See. the standout moment for me was basking in their private area by the glistening lake, where my companions and I could unwind surrounded by nature - a true Austrian escape! Mornings were a delight, with an abundant breakfast buffet featuring everything from rich cheeses to zingy jams - it was a feast that every discerning foodie could appreciate. the restaurant offered a tantalizing blend of Austrian and international specialities, particularly the fresh fish from Lake Millstatt, which I cannot recommend enough. After a day of exploring the area, we relished the 4-course menu - each dish beautifully crafted, making our dining experience all the more memorable. the friendly staff made us feel right at home, contributing significantly to our enjoyable stay. If you find yourself seeking a cozy yet upscale retreat with a touch of local flavor, Hotel Posthof might just be your ideal destination.
